We use the boat ramp, benches, planks,
railings, steps, and the beach. The Pier workout strengthens large and smaller stabilizing
muscles that weight training does not. We will mix it up and challenge your mind and body
for an hour, leaving you feeling focused, strong and energized! 1 hour class, $15. Check
back for times or make appointment for 3 or more people.

suspension training uses your own body weight allowing for quick, effective, entire body
workouts. Suspension Training also creates an element of instability, which uses and
strengthens the core with every exercise. This systems also improves balance and
coordination by calling on smaller stabilizing muscles not needed with most exercises
equipment.
