PROVINCETOWN’S ONLY OUTDOOR WORKOUTS
For the week of June 30- July 6, both classes are combined at 8:30 and 9:45am.

HARD CORE ABS WORKOUT
Core exercises and planks on the Pier.  In between sets we will engage in high intensity interval cardiovascular, also know as HITT training. Which is the key to burning the fat that covers the abdominal region. Take this class 2-3 times a week and say goodbye to that muffin- top!  40 minutes  This class is $10. Check back for times or make appointment for 4 or more people.

MACMAILLIAN PIER WORKOUT
The fine-tuned full body mind workout.  Boot Camp in style but we have more fun and break some rules.

Good old full body calisthenics, a variety of pushups, squats, lunges, core and balance training with a little fat burning cardio in between sets.   Using your own body weight forces you to recruit smaller stabilizing muscles, increasing their size and definition. It is also fun ads variety to your routine and is very effective.

We use the boat ramp, benches, planks, railings, steps, and the beach. The Pier workout strengthens large and smaller stabilizing muscles that weight training does not. We will mix it up and challenge your mind and body for an hour, leaving you feeling focused, strong and energized! 1 hour class, $15. Check back for times or make appointment for 3 or more people.

What to bring

Water, a towel or mat for core work and sun protection.

TRX SUSPENSION SYSTEM– This System rocks! Created for Navy Seals, suspension training uses your own body weight allowing for quick, effective, entire body workouts. Suspension Training also creates an element of instability, which uses and strengthens the core with every exercise. This systems also improves balance and coordination by calling on smaller stabilizing muscles not needed with most exercises equipment.
