What is Circuit training?
Circuit
training incorporates both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning. Meaning you
work on strength training and cardio vascular training in one session. In other words, you
are working on gaining lean muscle and losing fat. The beauty of circuit training is that
it is adaptable to all fitness levels, with endless possibilities for variety. It is one
of the most efficient ways to lose weight and gain lean muscle. (Muscle burns more
calories that fat).
Many clients say their cardio routine bores them, or they loose interest with their work
out. A key factor in reshaping your body and meeting your fitness goals is to make your
